Our Products cater to the Customer requirements and aspiration of our Customers and complies with Indian / International Standards. Our State – of – Art Infrastructure occupies the wide area and the Sophisticated Machineries and Latest Technology is the backbone of our process.

Our plants are designed and equipped to set industry-leading standards for sustainability and low environmental impact. For example, we have integrated rainwater collection and storage systems, enabling rainwater to be recycled into the galvanizing process, eliminating run-off from site and minimizing the use of mains water.

The Product:

Galvanizing is a Surface Treatment Process for Steel wherein the Steel Structures / Products after the Preliminary Cleaning process are dipped into the Molten Zinc at the temperature of 450°C and thereby forming a smooth layer on the Surface of the Metal.

Applicability:

Galvanizing is an inevitable process which not only give the product an aesthetic look but also increase the life of the product; this process being highly rust resistant.
